Through this role, he has developed extensive experience in scaling businesses, managing investments, and working closely with executive teams to drive sustainable value creation.
Prior to his investment career, Frank held senior positions within leading financial institutions, including ING Group, where he worked in financial markets leadership roles, and Van Lanschot Bankiers, where he spent over 15 years as Head of Equity Trading. His background provides deep expertise in capital markets, risk management, and financial strategy.
